As a relocation
company our strength lies in offering real estate services for
premium propeties...be it residential, commercial or retail.
The role involves shortlisting suitable properties (buying,
selling or rental) and showing it to the clients, advising on
market trends, negotiating lease agreements and following up
with customer care. Gathering information on potential properties
and clients are also an important sales aspect of the job. It
is an outdoor, telephone, email and interaction based, customer
focussed position.
This is a full time job although it offers some amount of flexi-time. |
