As a relocation
company our strength lies in offering realty services for expatriates
and NRI's --- rentals, buying and selling.
The role involves shortlisting suitable properties and showing
it to the client, advise on market trends, negotiating lease
agreements and following up with customer care. Gathering information
on potential properties and clients are also an important sales
aspect of the job. It is an outdoor, telephone, email and interaction
based, customer focussed position.
This is a full time job although it offers some amount of flexi-time. |
